Help

I've completely fallen off my diet and am having a hard time getting back on track! Help!!

  1. Superbowl and a friends funeral did it to me this weekend. I gained 9 lbs in a matter of 24 hrs. I had a large pepperoni pizza, 2 boxes of 7-11 chicken nuggets, multiple scoops of dutch chocolate ice cream, spam masubi's, bbq chickens, some sort of hawaiian pork salad, and whiskey shots...lots and lots of whiskey shots.

    Thankfully, most of that weight came off. The next morning woke up 5 lbs lighter; day after, lost an additional 2lbs.

    I have learned two things from this experience.

    One: I love dutch chocolate ice cream.

    Two: We will see a lot of fluctuations, physically and mentally throughout this process. Fortunately, these fluctuations are in fact, a good indicator that our bodies are reacting to our past dietary actions. So cheat if it keeps you from straying too far from the course. We are on the right track. This phase of the diet will always be the hardest phase to get to; where almost everyone quits, and where we have the most to lose/gain for it. Only two weeks left. We can do it. Don't quit.
