Breakfast: egg white scramble
lunch: 1/4 cup brown rice, 3 chow fun bites, garlic tofu, chicken and broccoli
snacks: peanut butter snickers (bite size) and fortune cookie
dinner: TBD
Surprisingly, I wanna eat lite for dinner. I think my body isn't used to the carbs-- I feel a little of the carb crash going on!
i just eat a nice juicy steak when i feel a carb crash coming on...that has been the last 3 dinners. My blood work came back today...hdl and ldl levels are good. Cholesterol is good. No HIV...thank math. ooO I finally broke the 10lb barrier...right now 12 lbs lighter than before ^^
