The Backstory

When our friend Brian told us he was going on a simple 5 step diet, we decided to join him and make it a challenge. The competitors include: Brian, Cynthia, Peter, Jennie, and Laura. The winner of this challenge will win a meal of their choosing at the end of the month, and I'm sure something else but we haven't decided what. We'll try posting daily of our progress so feel free to post your comments and help us through the pain! Happy dieting!
